Hi there,

With all the market movement this week, I wanted to send a quick note about what's happening and share a few thoughts.

The market took a hit yesterday following the announcement about new tariffs. While seeing those red numbers can be uncomfortable, I want to remind you that these kinds of fluctuations are actually a normal part of long-term investing.

Looking at the bigger picture:

  • The job market remains strong at 4.2% unemployment
  • The initial March reading shows the economy added a healthy 228,000 jobs
  • Consumer spending hasn't slowed down significantly
  • Most companies are still reporting strong earnings

Your portfolio was built with these kinds of market swings in mind. Diversified portfolios are designed with an understanding that we will experience short-term volatility. However, this should have little impact on long-term goals and often presents a compelling opportunity to purchase additional shares at a lower price point.

If you're concerned or have questions about your specific investments, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm happy to schedule some time to talk through anything that's on your mind.

Thanks for your continued trust.

Best,
